1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") regulate the use of the services and digital platforms of Racio Corporation (hereinafter "Racio" or "Racio Network"), an entity legally constituted and operating in the Republic of Angola.

1.2. By accessing, registering for, or using any Racio Network service, the user (hereinafter "Member") declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Description of Services

2.1. The Racio Network operates as an education, health and technology ecosystem, offering training, consulting and access to digital resources through its branches.

2.2. Racio Corporation, as a central manager, uses digital platforms such as Akaunting, Airtable, Fillout, and Zapier to optimize its processes and network management.

3. Member Obligations and Responsibilities

3.1. The Member undertakes to use the Racio Network services lawfully, ethically and in accordance with these Terms.

3.2. It is the Member's responsibility to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

3.3. The Member is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her access data (username, password) and for all activities carried out under his/her account.

3.4. The Member undertakes not to share, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes the teaching materials, training content or any other intellectual property of Racio, unless expressly authorized.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All content made available by Racio, including, but not limited to, texts, graphics, logos, platform design and training materials, is the exclusive property of Racio Corporation or its licensors.

4.2. The use of Racio's services does not give the Member any rights to the Network's intellectual property, other than the right to personal and non-commercial use, as permitted by these Terms.

5. Payments and Billing

5.1. Service fees are set by each Racio Network branch. Payments are processed through the payment platforms and methods defined by Racio.

5.2. Racio uses Akaunting software to manage billing and financial transactions. By making a payment, the Member agrees to the billing and processing terms established by Racio.

5.3. Racio is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by third parties (e.g. banks, payment operators).

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Racio Corporation strives to ensure maximum security and availability of its digital services, in line with ISO 27001 certification. However, Racio does not guarantee that access to the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6.2. Racio will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use, or inability to use, its services or platforms.

6.3. Subsidiaries operate with managerial autonomy and are primarily responsible for the services provided to their members. Racio Corporation acts as the central manager of the network but is not responsible for the specific acts or omissions of each subsidiary.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. Racio is committed to protecting its Members' personal data. Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

7.2. The Member consents to the collection and processing of his/her personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Angola.

8.2. Any dispute or conflict arising from the use of Racio Network services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Luanda, Angola.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. Racio reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website.

9.2. Acceptance of the revised Terms will be deemed through your continued use of the Racio Network services.
