Racio Corporation is deeply committed to protecting your personal data. Our privacy policy is designed to ensure compliance with Law No. 22/11 of June 17 (Personal Data Protection Law - LPDP) of Angola and is guided by the information security principles of ISO 27001. Our goal is to be transparent about how we process your data, protecting your privacy and your rights.

2. What Data Do We Collect and Why?

We collect and process your personal data only when we have a valid legal basis, such as your consent, the performance of a contract, or for our legitimate interests.

Identification and Contact Information: We collect your name, gender, date of birth, and contact information (cell phone and email). The purpose is for member management, communication, and security.

· Aggregated Performance Data: Racio Corporation, as network manager, collects statistical and anonymous data on branch performance (e.g., number of students, course completion rates).

We do not collect individual student performance data centrally. The purpose is strategic analysis, quality management, and social impact reporting (ESG pillar).

Financial Data: We collect billing records, payments, and relevant tax information. We do not process your banking data, which is handled by secure payment platforms. The purpose is to monitor the network's financial performance and comply with legal obligations, such as reporting to the AGT.

Technology Usage and Security Data: We collect information about your interactions with our digital platforms and technology infrastructure. The purpose is to optimize your experience and protect our systems against unauthorized access.

3. How Do We Protect Your Data?

Racio Corporation implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data. These measures include:

· Access Controls: Restricted access to personal data to authorized personnel only.

· Encryption: Encryption of data in transit and at rest, where applicable.

· Backup and Recovery: Regular backup routines and disaster recovery plans.

· Training and Audits: Continuous training of our team and periodic security audits.

Racio Corporation guarantees the exercise of the following rights, according to the Angolan LPDP:
